yes - I think so at least. It’s the attack that hits with an initial lightning strike, a secondary lightning bolt, and then leaves your weapon charged with lightning for 10sec or so. If you’re saying the buff isn’t impacted by shard, then maybe I replace with a more impactful talisman.
